Medical Affairs Advisor

Roche is seeking a Medical Affairs Advisor to provide medical and scientific support within the Healthcare Transformation and Access Department, with an initial focus on Oncology. This field-based role involves developing relationships with healthcare professionals, driving medical strategy, and ensuring the effective communication of clinical evidence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead annual medical planning and implement medical tactics for assigned therapeutic areas.
• Manage medical budgets and drive clinical research for evidence generation.
• Establish and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals to increase product and disease awareness.
• Provide clinical and scientific support, including answering product-related inquiries and delivering presentations.
• Review promotional and non-promotional materials while ensuring full compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Work in a cross-functional, agile environment.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or higher in science or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the life sciences industry (diagnostics, pharmaceuticals, or biotechnology).
• Hands-on experience in medical affairs, clinical development, scientific communication, or product strategy.
• Prior experience in Oncology is highly preferred.
• Strong scientific and commercial understanding of diagnostic products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English and Mandarin.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and travel as required.
