The Position
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the day-to-day operation of approved Validation SOPs, Plans, and Policies for a multi-platform, multi-product, GMP biotech contract manufacturing facility.
- Develop Validation Protocols and Reports, including supporting validation discrepancies and deviations investigation and closure.
- Support the execution of validation activities regarding cleaning, facilities, equipment, and computerized systems, ensuring compliance with policies and standards.
- Participate in investigations or troubleshooting discrepancies encountered during commissioning and qualification.
- Comply with all Safety, Health & Environmental (SHE) requirements and site security measures.
- Embody the Lean Production System (LPS) and demonstrate a continuous improvement mindset.
Who You Are
- Pursuing a Degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or equivalent.
- Possess good oral and written communication skills in English.
- Meticulous, systematic, and highly motivated.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong focus on Safety, Quality, and timelines.
