Technical Product Owner - Service AI
As the Technical Product Owner for the DIA Commercial Customer Service Product, you will operate at the intersection of complex systems engineering and strategic commercial outcomes. You will own the technical vision, architectural coherence, and feature backlog for the platforms that enable our commercial customer service ecosystem. Acting as the bridge between Business Product Owners, engineering squads, and enterprise architecture, you will translate business priorities into scalable, secure, and compliant technical implementations.
Responsibilities
- Own the product backlog for assigned systems, prioritizing features based on business value and compliance.
- Ensure all solutions adhere to established architectural patterns and non-functional expectations.
- Partner with Business Owners to align technical execution with commercial objectives.
- Serve as the accountable System Owner, ensuring applications remain secure and compliant throughout their lifecycle.
- Manage project budgets and resource allocation effectively.
- Drive the capture of product knowledge, system documentation, and operational runbooks.
- Coordinate across integrations, data workflows, and Managed Service Providers.
- Define and align an end-to-end success metrics framework and KPIs for AI and automation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of professional experience, preferably in the Commercial or Diagnostics sectors.
- Proven track record of end-to-end ownership and delivery of global IT solutions and data platforms.
- Exceptional leadership in communication, facilitation, and negotiation.
- Strategic relationship builder skilled at partnering with senior executives.
- Extensive experience managing strategic partnerships and third-party technology providers.
- Forward-thinking business acumen with the ability to translate market trends into actionable AI use cases.
- Advanced analytical skills for dissecting complex, cross-boundary challenges.
