What you achieve with us
- Operation and monitoring of our Linux-based customer environments
- Continuous optimization and adaptation of our monitoring solution
- Incident handling in your role as 2nd/3rd level support for international customers
How you convince us
- A university degree or completed vocational training in the field of computer science
- Several years of experience in operating applications on Linux systems
- Ideally several years of professional experience in 2nd/3rd level support
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Enjoyment of proactive and goal-oriented work as part of our team
- Good command of German and English, both written and spoken

Salary
You can expect an attractive and market-compliant salary. The minimum salary on a full-time basis is EUR 3.750,-- gross per month. Of course, we pay more - depending on your qualifications and professional experience. In addition, a comprehensive benefits package awaits you.
