Clinical Support Associate (m/f/d)
Your Tasks
- Support of our subsidiaries, distributors, clinics and patients worldwide
- Technical support for and comprehensive knowledge of the middle ear implant (VIBRANT SOUNDBRIDGE and PMEIs) and the bone conduction solutions (BONEBRIDGE and ADHEAR)
- Preparation and performance of trainings, webinars and other online activities (training organization, creating presentations, presenting in front of an audience)
- Present our products at trainings on-site
Your Profile
- Degree in a technical field or life sciences and/or relevant professional experience as well as an interest in medicine and audiology
- Very good command of written and spoken English, German and other languages appreciated
- Team player with highly motivated and independent approach, organisational skills as well as a cooperative personality
- Technical understanding especially when it comes to online activities like training and remote support
- Flexibility and willingness to travel, driver’s license (B) required
