What you achieve with us

As a Rollout Support Specialist, you support the hardware rollout for the respective customer through to the successful commissioning of the system. You are responsible for the technical preparation of the machines, provide all relevant rollout information, and act as the direct point of contact for the installation team. In addition, you coordinate partners, customers, and internal teams to ensure that installations are carried out efficiently, in a structured manner, and on schedule.

Your Responsibilities

  • Reviewing, providing, and creating machine configurations
  • Providing relevant rollout information for the installation team, such as machine ID, machine configuration, and site layout plans
  • Direct technical support for the installation team, e.g. via hotline
  • Coordinating logistics and service partners in alignment with the customer
  • Acting as the central point of contact for customers and partners regarding installation topics
  • Operational data maintenance
  • Close collaboration with the KEBA support and project team

How you convince us

  • Completed technical or commercial education, e.g. HTL, technical college, or apprenticeship qualification, ideally with a technical background
  • Ideally, practical experience in customer support, consulting, rollout support, or technical support
  • Strong organizational skills for coordinating complex tasks
  • Previous knowledge of software and network technology is an advantage
  • Good English skills
  • Willingness to learn, teamwork skills, and flexibility
  • Strong communication skills and a business-oriented mindset

Salary

You can expect an attractive and market-compliant salary. The minimum salary on a full-time basis is EUR 3.050,-- gross per month. Of course, we pay more - depending on your qualifications and professional experience. In addition, a comprehensive benefits package awaits you.
