Supply Chain Team Lead
Roche is seeking a strategic leader for the Supply Chain and Customer Value Stream department. This role involves managing the supply chain team, ensuring supply security, and acting as a key partner across the value chain to drive customer-oriented solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the supply chain department to ensure supply and delivery security.
- Coordinate internal and cross-functional projects while monitoring KPIs for process improvement.
- Manage, develop, and motivate the local supply chain team.
- Prioritize tasks in alignment with corporate goals and compliance regulations.
- Identify value creation opportunities within the healthcare landscape.
- Act as a liaison between global supply chain organizations and local affiliates.
- Implement and optimize S&OP processes and drive digitalization for cost efficiency.
- Develop wholesale strategies and ensure high-quality customer experience.
- Manage volume forecasting and demand planning using predictive analytics.
Requirements
- Several years of relevant professional experience in supply chain management.
- Strong planning and analytical skills with a holistic view of business processes.
- Proven leadership experience with a focus on team development.
- Knowledge of the Austrian pharmaceutical market is an advantage.
- Proficiency in SAP or other ERP systems and office IT tools.
- Very good command of German and English.
