Your new job includes
As a Project Manager with a focus on Transformation & Project Portfolio, you are responsible for managing projects end-to-end, ensuring delivery against clearly defined objectives in terms of scope, time, budget, and quality. At the same time, you play a key role in the management of the overall project portfolio. You ensure transparency and reliability across the portfolio and actively contribute to strengthening our transformation governance. In particular, you will
- take end-to-end responsibility for the operational planning, management, and execution of projects, ensuring achievement of defined objectives
- structure project work in line with established project management methods, tools, and standards, ensuring reliable and transparent delivery
- apply your methodological expertise and contribute to the continuous development of project management standards and approaches
- consolidate, structure, and maintain the project portfolio at an operational level, ensuring transparency and high data quality
- analyze project and portfolio information, prepare it for different target audiences, and provide it for informed steering and decision-making formats, including business cases
- support business units and management with structured analyses and concept development, and derive robust and actionable solutions
- coordinate collaboration with project owners and stakeholders, while managing interfaces and cross-functional teams
What you should bring along
- Successfully completed degree in business administration, economics, or a comparable field
- Several years of experience in project management, ideally in management consulting or in-house consulting
- Solid knowledge of modern project management methods, combined with a strong digital affinity
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills, along with a structured and results-oriented way of working
- Excellent communication skills across different levels
- Proven ability to create high-quality analyses and presentations
- Very good German and English skills
