Account Executive - Molecular Diagnostics

As an Account Executive at Roche, you will leverage your sales expertise to manage medium to large accounts, exceed sales targets, and build lasting relationships with key decision-makers. You will promote molecular diagnostic testing, including infectious disease, respiratory, and transplantation solutions, while acting as a trusted advisor to customers.

Responsibilities

• Promote molecular diagnostic testing and manage customer relationships.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet and exceed sales objectives.
• Generate demand and maximize product awareness through customer education.
• Prepare and present contract proposals and negotiate terms to maximize profitability.
• Conduct territory planning, business analysis, and communicate competitive market information.
• Collaborate with internal teams to share best practices and participate in industry organizations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of relevant sales or equivalent experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation abilities.
• Proven leadership, negotiation, contracting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a regulated environment.
• Strategic planning and organizational capabilities.
• Experience in diagnostics sales is strongly preferred.
