Global Access Engagement and Reimbursement Leader - Roche Diagnostics

The Position

This global leadership position is responsible for bringing diagnostics solutions to the forefront of care and growing access, reimbursement, and funding for both established portfolios and innovations. The incumbent will collaborate with global functions in Medical, Commercial, Market Access, and Health System Policy to enable affiliates to co-design and apply global tools, set access targets, and execute realization plans.

Responsibilities

• Research and analyze access coverage, reimbursement levels, health policies, and competitive landscapes to identify business opportunities.
• Consolidate access insights and support the development and execution of global access strategies and tools.
• Act as a catalyst and coach for regional and affiliate implementation of access strategies to accelerate time to reimbursement.
• Create frameworks for efficient strategy transfer and lead the Access Nexus pilot to drive collaboration across regions and countries.
• Support affiliates in executing payer-relevant access approaches and lead projects to enhance local access capabilities.
• Support the creation of sustainable healthcare systems by influencing regulatory frameworks and Health Technology Assessment bodies.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in business economics, life sciences, public health, marketing, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of commercial and/or access experience in the diagnostic or pharmaceutical industry.
• Deep knowledge of global healthcare access landscapes, payer value drivers, and trends in pricing and reimbursement.
• Strong relationships with key access stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a matrix environment and lead diverse teams.
• Fluent in English and at least one other relevant language.
