SAP Expert Customer Identity - RDT Identity & Access Management

The Security and Cybersecurity Expert provides expert-level leadership and strategic guidance across the organization's critical security programs. This role manages a team of analysts, establishes team objectives, and develops enterprise-wide security best practices. The position combines hands-on oversight of high-impact projects with mentorship of team members, ensuring quality assurance and strategic alignment.

Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive analysis of complex, strategic business problems, conduct root cause analysis, and drive consensus through persuasive communication.
• Provide thought leadership on complex problems, mentor colleagues, and lead large-scale process improvement initiatives.
• Identify and analyze complex stakeholder networks, developing engagement plans that drive consensus on strategic vision.
• Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, navigating conflicts to achieve alignment and building organizational trust.
• Drive significant impact across major products by ensuring delivery of high-value solutions aligned with business strategy.
• Lead the evaluation and implementation of strategic solutions across large, complex projects spanning multiple domains.

Requirements

• Advanced technical proficiency in Java, JavaScript, AWS, and SAP Customer Data Cloud, with comprehensive knowledge of cybersecurity technologies.
• In-depth understanding of business domain, organizational strategy, and Business Analysis Advisory concepts.
• Expertise in complex root cause analysis, requirements elicitation, and strategic solution evaluation.
• Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities with the ability to manage technical teams and build consensus among senior stakeholders.
• Track record of driving impact through large-scale process improvements and change management initiatives.
