Qualifications and Experience
Candidates should hold a Master’s degree or higher with experience in Medical, R&D, Marketing, Access, or Corporate strategy within the pharmaceutical industry; an MBA or top consulting background is preferred. Leadership experience is required. Essential competencies include being a visionary, architect, coach, and catalyst (VACC) leader with the ability to influence in a matrix organization. Candidates must possess strong project management skills, strategic agility, and the ability to handle complexity. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Mandarin and English are required, along with the ability to partner with all levels of the organization.
