Customer Partnering Lead (m/w/d) Hämophilie

As a Customer Partnering Lead, you will drive our customer partnering strategy, connecting our hemophilia portfolio with the needs of the healthcare market. You will lead a team of Customer Partnering Managers, fostering their professional development while managing regional networks and stakeholder relationships to ensure our medical innovations reach patients effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide inspiring leadership, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability within your team.
• Identify growth opportunities and synergies across disease areas through close collaboration with other leaders.
• Analyze and map complex stakeholder networks in the hemophilia market to define strategic milestones.
• Manage cross-functional projects and ensure effective stakeholder engagement.
• Oversee budget management and resource allocation to align with strategic priorities.
• Act as the primary point of contact for senior external stakeholders such as hospital management and chief physicians.

Requirements

• University degree in Medicine, Natural Sciences, or Business Administration, with state recognition as a pharmaceutical consultant (Pharmaberater nach AMG).
• Proven experience in leadership roles and deep knowledge of the German healthcare system and hospital management.
• Strong expertise in portfolio management and the ability to navigate complex internal and external networks.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate market data into actionable strategies.
• Strong communication skills, high social competence, and proficiency in English.
• Digital literacy in MS Office, Google Suite, and digital interaction tools.
• Valid driver's license.
