Digital Product Value Stream Leader

The Digital Product Value Stream Leader is a strategic leadership role responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle and commercial success of Roche Diagnostics China’s Connected Lab digital portfolio. This role involves defining the long-term strategic direction, managing a team of Product Managers, and ensuring synergy between technical engineering, commercial go-to-market strategies, and customer experience to maximize laboratory efficiency and diagnostic value.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a cohesive digital strategy for the Connected Lab value stream.
• Build, coach, and lead a high-performing team of Product Managers.
• Oversee the complete product lifecycle, making data-driven decisions to maximize ROI.
• Act as the primary interface between local R&D, Global teams, Commercial, and Customer Support.
• Drive product-market fit by understanding the China diagnostics landscape and local regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Master or bachelor's degree in IT, Finance, Business, or Biomedical Sciences.
• 12+ years of experience in Medical Affairs, Medical Information, Scientific Communications, or Clinical Informatics.
• Deep knowledge of the healthcare ecosystem, business models, and the digital health competitive landscape.
• Strong leadership skills, including strategic thinking, accountability, and the ability to influence.
• High tolerance for ambiguity and strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with high attention to detail.
