Dynamics 365 CRM Solution Engineer (m/f/d)
Your Tasks
- Work closely with product owners and stakeholders to analyze business needs and integrate them into the CRM system
- Define and enforce CRM development standards based on best practices and governance models
- Configure the system, workflows, automation, and integrate it with third-party systems
- Monitor performance and troubleshoot issues
- Document system architecture and data flows to ensure smooth transition and effective knowledge retention
Your Profile
- At least 3 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Proficient in CRM configuration, including workflows, user setup, data import, SQL, and security settings
- Experience with integration tools and APIs
- Strong problem-solving abilities and innovative thinking in troubleshooting system and process issues; proactive approach to communication and teamwork
- Excellent English skills, both written and spoken
