Work closely with product owners and stakeholders to analyze business needs and integrate them into the CRM system
Define and enforce CRM development standards based on best practices and governance models
Configure the system, workflows, automation, and integrate it with third-party systems
Monitor performance and troubleshoot issues
Document system architecture and data flows to ensure smooth transition and effective knowledge retention
Your Profile
At least 3 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
Proficient in CRM configuration, including workflows, user setup, data import, SQL, and security settings
Experience with integration tools and APIs
Strong problem-solving abilities and innovative thinking in troubleshooting system and process issues; proactive approach to communication and teamwork
Excellent English skills, both written and spoken
