Manager/Senior Manager - Central Market Access Strategy, ON

At Roche, we are dedicated to advancing science and ensuring global access to healthcare. We are seeking a Manager/Senior Manager to lead central market access strategies for specific disease areas.

Responsibilities include:

• Developing and integrating product access strategies, including reimbursement, innovative commercial insurance access, and essential drug list inclusion.
• Creating competitive value propositions and customized communication materials in collaboration with medical and marketing teams.
• Managing the full lifecycle of central and local market access, including policy advocacy and navigating dynamic adjustment mechanisms.
• Executing key strategic projects and providing training and communication tools to regional teams.
• Monitoring pharmaceutical policy trends (e.g., DRG/DIP) and engaging with government and academic stakeholders to shape a favorable access environment.
• Acting as a business partner to bridge the gap between market access and business units, ensuring access perspectives are integrated into the product lifecycle.

Requirements:

• 5+ years (Manager) or 8+ years (Senior Manager) of healthcare industry experience, with at least 3-5 years in market access.
• Degree in Medicine, Health Policy, Economics, Management, or related fields; Master's degree preferred.
• Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent English proficiency (written and spoken) and strong presentation skills.
• Ability to identify policy opportunities and risks, translating insights into actionable business strategies.
