Project Execution Manager

As a Project Execution Manager, you’ll guide engineered solutions from proposal through design, manufacturing, and final delivery. You’ll ensure each project meets schedule, budget, and compliance targets, driving a seamless customer experience and upholding Hilti’s commitment to excellence.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s Degree required emphasis in Engineering or Construction Management.
• Minimum four (4) years’ experience in engineering, construction management, or related technical field, required.
• Minimum two (2) years’ experience and proven track record in project management required.
• Demonstrated time management and organizational skills; must be able to organize all projects, track successes, and bring these successes to the next project.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; proven ability to communicate complex situations in an easy-to-understand manner.
• Knowledge of construction methods, local building codes, and practices as they relate to Hilti products required.
• Knowledge of Contract Management and Liability Risk Management.
• Knowledge of manufacturing practices, discrete manufacturing preferred.
• Knowledge of pricing strategy, credit terms and profitability.
• Knowledge of materials management, logistics, & transportation methods.
• Experience using Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook, Teams, etc.),
• Experience with ERP systems; SAP preferred.
• Experience with project management software (Microsoft Project or similar).
