Business Analytics Lead
As the Business Analytics Lead, you will serve as the single source of truth for customer portfolio metrics and orchestrate business analytics across the organization. You will identify strategic data needs, translate complex data into actionable insights, and champion data-driven decision-making to support the company's goal of becoming a leader in integrated Personalised Diabetes Management (iPDM).
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement innovative business analytic solutions and lead strategic initiatives like executive dashboard creation.
- Act as a bridge between siloed data sets (Finance, Portfolio, CX, Sales) to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with product and solution development teams to define and track key performance metrics.
- Serve as the accountable business owner for reporting solutions, such as Looker, and provide expertise for portfolio trade-off discussions.
- Support solution development teams by translating business requirements into design standards and participating in Agile ceremonies.
- Coach and mentor team members, promoting a culture of data-driven decision-making and strategic problem-solving.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Data, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or Business Administration (Advanced degree preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in Diagnostics or Med Tech.
- Expertise in data science, statistical methods, and business intelligence platforms (Tableau, Oracle, or Looker).
- Strong quantitative skills with proficiency in dashboard design and data visualization.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact at senior levels and translate analysis into action plans.
- Proactive, resilient, and comfortable working in a global, matrixed, and ambiguous environment.
- Business fluency in English; German or Spanish language skills are an advantage.
- Must be an EU citizen or hold a valid Austrian work permit.
