Field Services Professional
Roche is seeking a professional to provide scientific and technical support for systems and solutions implemented at customer sites within the information technology and diagnostics area. The role focuses on ensuring operational excellence through installations, maintenance, and proactive customer collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Lead the installation and configuration of laboratory analyzers and solutions.
- Execute preventive, corrective, and evolutionary maintenance to ensure optimal instrument and software performance.
- Provide expert scientific and technical information to customers regarding the Roche Diagnostics portfolio.
- Optimize laboratory workflows and sample routing in automated solutions to maximize efficiency.
- Document all activities in the CRM and maintain accurate technical records.
- Collaborate with the Commercial team to support sales and service offerings.
- Monitor and analyze service KPIs to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Implement proactive and predictive maintenance strategies using remote monitoring tools.
Requirements
- Degree in Technical Engineering, Electronics, Biomedical Engineering, or related Health Sciences field.
- Fluency in Spanish and proficiency in English.
- Geographic mobility within the national territory.
- Valid driver's license.
- Strong leadership, communication, and planning skills with a focus on customer orientation and teamwork.
