Roche is seeking a Medical Affairs leader to shape the future of our Multiple Sclerosis (MS) therapy area. You will lead a team of Global Medical Science Leaders responsible for the MS medical affairs strategy, driving evidence generation, strategic engagement, and medical insights.

Responsibilities

• Architect Evidence Strategies: Lead the design and execution of global evidence generation plans, bridging medical and market access gaps through clinical studies and Investigator-Initiated Studies.
• Forge Purposeful Networks: Build and lead scientific exchange with top-tier academic specialists, clinical influencers, and healthcare stakeholders globally.
• Translate Insights into Strategy: Synthesize complex medical insights to steer commercialization strategies at both the asset and Disease Area levels.
• Enable Market Access: Provide the medical strategy for market access, ensuring innovations are positioned for maximum patient benefit.
• Champion Scientific Innovation: Secure strategic input to enable the introduction of next-generation therapies.
• Lead with Global Influence: Collaborate across Roche’s Pharma and Diagnostics Divisions and the global affiliate network.

Requirements

• Advanced life-science degree (MD, PhD, or PharmD) with a specialization in Neurology or equivalent high-level industry experience.
• Distinguished track record in Medical Affairs with a demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing expert teams.
