Roche is seeking a Sales Specialist Specialty to lead and expand our presence in La Rioja, Navarra, and Zaragoza. This role involves acting as a strategic partner to laboratories and healthcare centers, driving business success through diagnostic innovation and workflow optimization.

Responsibilities

• Execute commercial strategies to meet annual objectives and KPIs.
• Identify client needs and co-create value-driven solutions for laboratory and management stakeholders.
• Manage 360-degree stakeholder relationships, from technical staff to hospital finance and procurement.
• Collaborate with internal support teams to ensure seamless implementation of products and reagents.
• Develop deep product expertise to conduct high-impact demonstrations and presentations.

Requirements

• Degree in Health Sciences or equivalent experience in the healthcare sector.
• Strong strategic, technical, and business acumen for navigating complex hospital environments.
• Proven ability to influence, communicate effectively, and work collaboratively.
• Results-oriented mindset with strong decision-making skills and change management capabilities.
• Fluency in Spanish; English proficiency is considered an asset.
