The Finance Enterprise Partner (FEP) Lead at Roche Diagnostics Denmark serves as a key business partner to the commercial organization and strategic partner to the affiliate leadership. You will leverage financial expertise and business understanding to drive strategies that deliver value for customers and the enterprise, while leading a team of specialists as a Visionary, Architect, Catalyst, and Coach.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of specialists, fostering a culture of trust, psychological safety, and collective accountability.
• Partner in shaping commercial strategy and integrate financial rigor into tender management to ensure competitive and profitable bids.
• Oversee P&L and financial target achievement, providing direction on accounting implications and driving efficiency.
• Support network-building across the organization and leverage digital tools and data analytics to optimize processes.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of finance experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong business and financial accounting acumen with a solid understanding of GAAP.
• Strategic, entrepreneurial, and data-driven mindset with the ability to navigate complex organizational environments.
• Understanding of the healthcare environment, specifically the IVD industry.
• Excellent negotiation skills and a willingness to leverage AI and analytics to enhance processes.
• Fluency in English.
