RA Senior Director

The Position

We are seeking a leader to oversee regulatory strategy, portfolio management, and team development. This role involves managing product lifecycles, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering a collaborative culture across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regulatory strategy, risk mitigation, and health authority interactions for product portfolios.
• Manage regulatory activities throughout the product lifecycle, including clinical trial applications and licensure.
• Collaborate with industry associations and authorities on regulatory policy.
• Act as a subject matter expert and advisor for portfolio teams.
• Build partnerships with global stakeholders to align business goals and resolve conflicts.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of professionals, fostering a culture of transparency and innovation.
• Manage team performance, goal setting, and succession planning.
• Lead cross-team communities to drive knowledge sharing and break down organizational silos.

Requirements

• University degree in pharmaceutical or life sciences.
• 10+ years of experience in R&D-based pharmaceutical companies.
• Proven experience in drug development, regulatory science, and complex portfolio management.
• Demonstrated expertise in people management and leading high-performing teams.
• Experience managing dynamic cross-functional projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English.
