Responsibilities
- Receipt/ analysis, and resolution of incident reports
- Monitoring of customer systems
- Implementation of changes and configurations
- Escalation of complex problems to a senior engineer
Experience and Skils
- Good knowledge of LAN and WAN technologies as well as security
- Experience in an IT support role is an advantage
- Cisco CCNA certificate or comparable knowledge
- Problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Business communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as a team player
