For sure the benefits, I didn't expect for example food in this quality. I liked that the people from HR were really helpful and it felt like I can talk to them or perhaps anyone from the hotel at any time.
Honestly nothing. I guess if I stayed longer I could find something but no I didn’t find anything in 3,5 months.
Honestly I don't know I have worked in the golf department and everything there was working smoothly, the boss there is probably the best boss I have ever met. This is just a suggestion or a idea, I have spoken to many people in housekeeping and asked them about the job since I worked as a housekeeper in Canada at a hotel and one thing there gave us a little bit more motivation and it was that we got 2$ for every “perfect room” that we did that meant that if there was a stain on the bedsheets or something was not perfect we didn’t get this bonus. I think that could motivate the workers a little bit ofcourse I don’t know how things go in housekeeping so that is just a idea :)
The atmosphere in this company is superb. Friendly senior staff never had a problem with anything, you can always ask for help with something and its never a problem the try to help you.
Very friendly working environment especially in golf where I was situated. I didn’t have any problems when I was speaking with my colleagues or my bosses.
