I think the headline says a lot. Some of the working conditions were inhumane, and not just towards me but towards many of my colleagues. Sometimes you got the feeling that it was a kind of compensation/hobby for some of the management to discriminate against and expose employees. Town hall meetings were embarrassing. Either some of the board saw themselves as gods or employees were being shown up and humiliated in front of the others.
18 months and 2 stomach ulcers later, it was over for me and I still regret today that I didn't leave much earlier.
