Thank you for the work you did at kununu and for living transparency by reviewing your time with us. I am glad to read that you enjoyed working with your colleagues in our cool office space.
Our employees are our greatest assets and we all work together on building great products for jobseekers and developing kununu's culture. Nevertheless, we – the leadership team – sometimes have to face very difficult decision that none of us takes lightly. Letting go of someone is the hardest part of our job, but sometimes it's necessary and we have to do it.
Living up to the transparency we stand for, we tried our best to explain the reasons for doing so during several team meetings, Questions and Answers sessions, 1:1 meetings and also through kununu engage, our anonymous internal employee feedback tool.
We are sad to hear that you feel this way despite all of our efforts to make the communication as transparent as possible. However, I can assure you that we will use your feedback to improve ourselves.
