Used to be a great company but not anymore. The vision is to be the best company to work for but that’s up couldn’t be further from the truth.

Depends. Seems everyone is trying to somehow save themselves and blame others for mistakes to not be made responsible

Used to be better, some still work together in an effort to complete tasks, others are just out there for themselves

Barely existing, people are drowning in work and have to compensate for ex-colleagues or absentees
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Senior management is completely out of line, walking around bad mouthing colleagues returning from parental leave that don’t fit into their company anymore. Bad communication skills and conflicting stories during meetings.

Too much work for most, extremely tight deadlines due to lack of prioritisation and time management by senior leadership. Complex tasks are flying with ASAP timelines when already juggling 3 other super urgent projects.
