There are some colleagues that you can trust but mostly of them are blinded by the commission system and it’s a kind of war when a “potential client” comes into the store!

If you are a friend of a manager or if you involved with one of them under the bed sheets you have the chance to get a promotion or to get the opportunity to get one (the famous missions).
This type of people feel untouchable and even that they did very bad things in the past, no one says or do anything about it!
Good professionals are kept in a corner, even when they showed that they can do more than advise customers... also here the salary gap is huge between a man and a women (and they are doing the same job)!
