4 years ago when I was joining the company. Since I am not EU citizen I needed to apply for RWR card. I had really good support from Radar and HR department with all the process of obtaining RWR card.
Additional info:
Obtaining RWR card can be so slow process due to MA35 (City of Vienna imigration department). But the company has full understating of this, which is good.

I believe with good communication and empathy one for another we can always improve and become better.

Working atmosphere is really nice. My team and I try together to solve our everyday tasks in a good and positive way within agile environment.
Kommunikation
Communication within my team is great.
Due to specific tasks I do, I do not have so much contact with other departments, so it's hard to give objective assessment.
But I would say overall communication in the company is ok, with space to improve, that's why I give 4 stars.

I can only say best words about my current colleagues and previous ones. They are the best part of Radar and I enjoy working with them.

So far with all of my supervisors have been very respectful and could always have good and open communication.
Interessante Aufgaben
I enjoy tackling our everyday tasks. They are interesting and the way how together with my the team we try to solve them is great!
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Unfortunately I believe that salaries in general in IT industry (including Radar) in Austria are not competitive enough and not in good shape at all (Taking in consideration all the costs of living in Vienna and general spending costs here...especially nowadays) and should be reconsidered.
