C-Level totally detached from reality
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Good Covid policies. Respects private life duties and time needs of employees. International young work force with some very nice colleagues. Central office location near metro station.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
ISO-certification and compliance theater everywhere. Greedy and devious salary policies. Some employees get paid much less than others for same work done just becaues they come from eastern Europe, e.g. Contract contains strictest confidentiality agreement I have ever seen up to point were it seems almost ridiculous. Too much workload for not enough people. C-Level is not at all respected by employees because it does not listen to what they have to say. C-Level not communicating with employees on an equal footing and is seen as arrogant and incompetent by many customer facing workers.
