Hi, thanks a lot for sharing your honest feedback — especially the critical points. It’s not always easy to speak up, and I really appreciate that you did. I’m also glad to hear that our flexible work setup and the strong share of female leadership are valuable to you.

I know the past months have been tough, with lots of changes and transitions. It takes a while for all of us to adjust, and I’d love to stay closely in touch to see how we can best support you through this time.

One thing that concerns me is your point about problematic team members staying. That tells me some of our feedback mechanisms might not have worked as they should, and I’d really like to understand more.
