This company is not interested in the welfare of it's employees. Many staff are working long overtime hours just to get the job done. Staff are being cut all the time whilst workload (and profits) are increasing. Many colleagues are so stressed they get sick, sleep badly at night and suffer from nervous exhaustion. The management turn a blind eye to all this. All my ex colleagues who are still working there are desparately looking for new jobs. Avoid this company if you can.
