Flexibility, benefits in the office (coffee, fruits, doctor, sodexo,...), company events, variety of opportunties
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Nothing is really bad. Mondi knows were they have to improve and they work on it. In some areas there is still a long way to go but some changes need more time than others and cannot happen over night.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Loyalty should be rewarded (eg nice message if you are 5 years, 10 years, 15 years, .... with Mondi); Internal promotions should have the same value, should get the same benefits (for the same position) as if we would fill the vacancy with colleagues coming from other companies
