Arbeitsatmosphäre
a very nice, very central office. We have cooling which makes this particular summer bearable.
Work-Life-Balance
That is unfortuntale one of the points where there is a lot of room for improvement. We are all overworked and burn-out is not far. The positive aspects (see above and below) let you pull through.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
We truly have a great team. Even with the immense workload theere is still always laughter and camaraderie
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
Unfortunately the trend in the last few years was that when we had workforce reduction, a disproportionately high amount of older colleagues was let go. It begs the question whether they have become too expensive
Vorgesetztenverhalten
my supervisor is very competent and caring which helps when the workload is as high as it is
Kommunikation
Our team is transparent. It feels like top management is communicating as much as they can because there will always be constraints. They do not shy away from (negative) feedback which makes you trust them more
Gleichberechtigung
Mondi values diversity. of course there is always room for improvement, e.g. same salary for both genders
Interessante Aufgaben
Mondi values showing initiative which means creating your own tasks/opportunities if you're lucky. Unfortunately that is usually on top of what you're already doing but still fulfilling
