Colleagues are great, management under the right (few) people can be enjoyable. Mostly nothing special, while some can be really bad.

Decisions are sometimes enforced top-down, not thought out entirely, or are intransparent. Communication with colleagues on the same tier is fine. Within the hierarchy it can be difficult

We strive to create a pleasant working atmosphere and to strengthen team spirit through team events and company events. We also have a lot to offer in terms of further education through our internal training department, NETCADEMY. If someone wants to develop neither vertically or horizontally, we try to promote that and define it more clearly through the development of career paths. The salary is always tied to the experience & performance of the employees and can be negotiated with the lead in employee reviews meetings twice a year. We try to make decision-making processes transparent and communicate important company information in our weekly "Blue Couch" meeting, jour fixes, or in 1-on-1 meetings with leads.
