Dynamic, flexible but also stable
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
What stands out to me the most is the people. I haven't met anyone who isn't helpful. Great friendships have developed, making it easy and enjoyable to come to work. Additionally, it never gets boring, there is always something to work on, allowing you to engage in various projects.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
The company makes an effort to involve employees in major decisions, but the approach isn’t always efficient.
