I have worked for Techno-Consult in Graz (Part of Novomatic Group Companies). Exploitation - Senior tasks for Law salary (Beginners salary), Bad Management, hysteric CEO (screaming every day), old man who refuses to go in pension . You are good only when they can use you, after that they will find another cheaper developer and replace you without explaining you why. Team lead big arse-licker without knowledge.

Slovenian Team leader who is backslapper to the CEO, with fear from high skilled people, than trying to represent you as a bad guy, and in reality he was that guy, no skills... CEO (old person before pension, doesn't know what he talks anymore), just explotating you for beginner salary, and taking a huge amount of money from Novomatic for your job, when they stopped to pay him, he will replace you with cheaper guy. 5 People left since I was there... Another main Manager from Novomatic, who became an IT manager after being a slot technitian... lol... and giving orders and just hiding behind his backslappers...
