People working at Nuki, across departments , are very approachable and positive. There is a great can-do attitude you won't find in larger corporations.
Kommunikation
Communication is in general solid and sufficient. However, with the growth of the company comes some challenges in the way people and departments communicate with each other, but Nuki is on the right track of tackling those.

Overall, very positive and colleagues share the same vision and goals. There is a little bit of 'silo thinking' at times, but nothing out of the ordinary and in general everyone follows the same purpose.

Opportunity to work flexibly, between home and office. Also, the chance to structure your days in a way that works for the individual (obviously, within a certain framework). There is a common understanding that people have individual needs.

If you have ideas, you can always table them. It doesn't automatically mean that everything is being implemented, but there is certainly room to voice your ideas.

There are no challenges, inbalancies at least that I am aware of. People are of international background, with a good mix of male/female.

I feel that everyone is treated fairly and in an honest, genuine way.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Overall, the environment and location are positive. The equipment is effective, technology and tech support are great. Everything has been working from day 1. The only challenges (hence the 3 star rating) are the limitations of meeting rooms and the overall tight office space. However, Nuki is aware of these and tries to tackle those.

There is a sense and understanding of social and environmental responsibility. Always some room to improve, but overall it's great!
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Employee benefits are great, and there is a lot on offer, certainly above average and not that I have seen similar benefits somewhere else. Salary is fine.
