The flexibility of tasks. Even with deadlines and guidelines it doesn't feel stressful or overly complicated. The working environment is very pleasant and the canteen is over the top. Overall a great atmosphere to work in.

Verbesserungsvorschläge
Everything is running very smooth and sophisticated, however the entering process was longer than expected as some IT problems occurred and I had no access to the database straight from the beginning, so just making sure that everything works from the complete start would be a plus, otherwise nothing to improve from my side.
