Insanely disorganised, while giving the appearance we are not. The systems we use internally have not changed in 10-15 years.
HR has a chokehold over its employees - once you sign the contract, they’ll give you nothing any longer. Not much promised in the job listing was delivered - there is no budget for any additional courses or trainings. They will tell you to watch online videos instead. Also „climbing“ internally is impossible unless somebody got fired.
