Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company. The work environment is characterized by a culture of surveillance and manipulation. It seems that the management is deliberately gathering information about employees, which could potentially be used against them. Communication within the company is almost non-existent, as management only listens to a small group of people and completely disregards feedback or opinions from other employees.
There is a significant disconnect between management and regular employees, which leads to the leaders being unaware of what is actually happening within the company. Instead, employees are put under pressure and systematically isolated. Bullying and power games are part of daily life, and there is no clear support or intervention in conflicts. Those who do not conform to the "right" people are quickly targeted by intrigues and pushed to the margins.
Conclusion:
This is a company that neither understands the needs of its employees nor fosters a transparent or respectful corporate culture. Anyone who is looking for a positive and healthy work environment should stay far away from this company.
