Wide tasks and nice, respectful colleagues. Business is extremely growing which keeps the whole setup dynamic and interesting.

Arbeitsatmosphäre
In general the atmosphere is very good, but I also aknowledge that the perception might differ from department to department. Noone needs to be afraid to take decisions, as this mindset is encouraged by the company.

Work-Life-Balance
Real flexible working times, which is extremely positive. During work peaks of course sometimes more to do, but that is not excessive at all. I think it is well-balanced.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
Budget for (external) trainings is available. When you want to be a subject matter expert in your area, I think the company will support that.
Gehalt/Benefits
I think the salary and benefits are good.

I do not have too much information about that.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
From my perspective extremely good. Everyone is treated with respect. I think in general for new starters it is easy to start and be accepted by the colleagues.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
Most of the colleagues are in their 30s, but I did not recognize that anyone has ever been left aside because of the age, being it too young or old...
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Again, that is something that for sure differs from Manager to Manager, but for me personally I can say that I am very confident. Always treated with respect and achievements are acknowledged.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Home office in connection with the possibility to work out of a nice office in Salzburg.
Kommunikation
There is always room for improvement but I think effort is taken in order to keep people informed about the most important things that are happening.

Interessante Aufgaben
A lot of room to bring in new ideas and execute them. Company has an AI focus in terms of problem solving which is from my perspective very important.
