Die Kommunikation kann schneller / abgestimmter in den Abteilungen sein. Es wäre glaube ich auch gut den teils emotionalen Flurfunk der jüngeren Kollegen zu kanalisieren, um mehr Ruhe reinzubekommen was insbesondere von 2023 bis 2025 in der Umstrukturierung zur kommerziellen Firma nervig war.
Das ist nichts für das Internet. Aber es gibt nicht viel.

Die Pimconauten sind eine eingeschworene Gemeinschaft. Nicht nur im Unternehmen auch mit Partnern und Kunden. Teils etwas emotional und wenig reflektiert, wenn es zu Abgängen kam bei Kollegen, die einfach das "alte Open Source Pimcore" wollten und keinen SaaS-Performer.
