Strong Teams with Improvement Potential in Leadership, Communication, and Living Company Values

Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich

The colleagues and the projects are the strongest aspects of working at the company. Teamwork within teams is generally good, and daily collaboration, shared tasks, and informal interactions create a positive working relationship. Many tasks and projects are interesting and offer a good level of autonomy once priorities are defined.

Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

Leadership decisions are often made top-down without sufficient explanation or consideration of employee feedback. Communication from top management is weak, and important changes are delivered without transparency. The lack of trust shown toward employees, especially through strict office policies, negatively impacts motivation and engagement.

Verbesserungsvorschläge

Leadership should focus more on employees, actively listen to their feedback, and involve them meaningfully in decisions that affect their daily work. Major changes should be communicated clearly, early, and with a transparent rationale. In addition, leadership should respect and actively live the company values in decisions and behavior, ensuring that these values are not only communicated but also truly practiced.

Arbeitsatmosphäre

The working atmosphere has noticeably declined, particularly after the introduction of the four-days-in-office policy. What was previously a calm and collaborative environment now feels more tense, rigid, and less trusting, while team-level collaboration remains positive.

Kommunikation

Communication across teams and departments is generally functional, but communication from top management is a major weakness. Strategic decisions and policy changes are often unclear, poorly explained, and delivered without sufficient context. This creates uncertainty and reinforces the feeling that employee input is not valued.

Kollegenzusammenhalt

Colleague relationships are one of the strongest points of the company. Teams generally support each other well, and collaboration is positive and respectful.

Work-Life-Balance

Work-life balance has worsened due to reduced flexibility and stricter remote work rules and long core working hours compared to other companies.

Vorgesetztenverhalten

Direct supervisors are often professional, supportive, and fair, but leadership quality varies across teams. Top management are perceived as lacking clear leadership and consistency, with some teams experiencing micromanagement or unequal treatment. This inconsistency contributes to frustration and uncertainty among employees.

Gleichberechtigung

There is a perception of unequal treatment and double standards across teams. Some employees feel that personal relationships with management influence opportunities and decision-making, which negatively affects trust and the sense of fairness.

Arbeitsbedingungen

The Vienna office has several ongoing issues, including construction noise, heating problems, and a lack of adequate infrastructure such as phone booths. These challenges are particularly problematic given the increased requirement for office presence and negatively affect productivity and concentration.

Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein

Environmental awareness is currently not a strong focus at company level.

Gehalt/Sozialleistungen

Salaries are considered fair and are paid reliably, but additional benefits are limited and below market standards.

Karriere/Weiterbildung

There are no clear or transparent career development paths at company level.
