Was good, but now high pressure without the management competency to evaluate how realistic set goals are.

Mostly fine on middle managment level, but increasingly unprofessional on top levels. On top level: bad communication, introduction of extra bureaucracy with minimum benefit, relentless push for more output, low quality and less home office
