Arbeitsatmosphäre
For months now, you can hear people talk about wanting to leave the company in every meeting, corridor and office you visit. Performance is low, senior leadership's solution to the problem is "work harder" and motivation is overall pretty low.

Their image within the organisation is extremely low. The less you listen to your people the worse it is getting.
Work-Life-Balance
Depends on the department - overall okay but overtime isn't paid out and C level honours people who work the most. People with responsibilities outside of PlanRadar are ostracized for not giving more than they're contractually obligated to.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
Lots of opportunity if you're liked by the right people. Otherwise unclear career ladders and lots of additional workload in the meantime.
Gehalt/Benefits
Salaries are on the lower end and for the fact that there are NO real benefits (warrants, public transport busses, gym memberships), it's a tough sell.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
None that is showcased on the day-to-day.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Super strong - the latest creation of a workers council only shows that the staff really wants this to be a better place for everyone. Unfortunately with little success as their voices are not heard until now.

Fine - no real examples of any ageism.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Senior leadership tends to throw their staff under the bus before taking accountability for anything in all departments. Very few role models left - the good ones are all leaving.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Old office in Vienna was not at all okay: no heating for days in winter, no proper aircon in summer, wifi constantly broke and never ending construction noise. The new office is much better but has yet to be really lived in as we only just moved. Very little flexibility with home office, no possibility to work from different country for a short amount of time.
Kommunikation
Communication is very poor. No feedback culture and eventhough "challenge the status quo" is advertised, people who follow this methodology are quickly asked to leave or leave on their own.
C level became a bit more transparent with the status of the business but they're still taking zero accountability for it. Lastly, some senior leaders tend to talk about private matters of employees openly in inappropriate forums.
Gleichberechtigung
Very male leadership, nepotism and no respect for people who're taking care of other humans (carers, parents, etc).
Interessante Aufgaben
Overall an interesting industry and a company that would offer lots of opportunity to optimize processes, functionalities and teams. Unfortunately, it's all lost in figuring out the ever changing ICP as C level tends to change strategy routinely.
