What can one say about such management?
The atmosphere at work itself is good, BUT the management acts as a subordinate of the investors.
Kommunikation
Communication between regular employees and middle management is good and pleasant.
Management communicates via quarterly calls that lack substance.
Outside of these calls, it often takes months for certain changes to come out because they are sometimes not communicated at all.

Fair working hours. The new home office policy was developed with the ulterior motive of ‘How can I make sure that all employees dislike a change while at the same time demonstrating that I'm not concerned about employees well being.

There was an employee survey which revealed that people thought the home office policy was the best thing about the company.
Less than a month later, the only really positive aspect was scrapped and changed beyond recognition. It feels as the management thought the feedback was too positive and decided that even the last good thing had to be changed.
Addendum: I consider it impertinent to lie to 270 employees and claim that the majority of employees are satisfied with a regulation that limits their options.

It's always the same. You can't plan what your work will be because the management brings new ‘outstanding’ ideas to light every other day.
