Nothing keeping you there
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Management does not listen to the employees.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
- Revise the Home Office Policy, people are leaving left, right and center! And it's the good people that do, you are simply retaining the low performers that have no other options.
- Don't force people to come into a cold, loud and window-less office!
- Pay people proper wages and don't expect them to do overtime.
- Enable access to proper learning tools.
- Introduce MEANINGFUL benefits. I don't care that there are 5 types of soft drinks, I'd rather have flexibility or a transport ticket.
Work-Life-Balance
Oh, you need to leave at 5? How dare you have a life outside work. Absolutely non-existent since the new policy.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
They scrapped Udemy accounts, are setting up completely irrelevant internal trainings. If you want to grow, you need to leave here.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
They're expecting employees to donate to a charity they picked
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Decision are made at the top and managers often don't even support them, but still have to execute
Arbeitsbedingungen
The noise in the office has actually made me a nervous wreck. The constant fire alarms interrupt your whole day and now the heating is constantly out too. Apparently, we will be moving, but that comes about a year too late. I honestly dread thinking about January and February there, but hey - let's get everyone back to the office because working conditions there are just GREAT!
Edit: It's January and I have to wear 5 LAYERS to work. I often have to remind myself that this is definitely NOT NORMAL! Neither is having lunch in a room WITHOUT WINDOWS or having the noise of a high-pressure drill as your constant companion. How do companies get away with this?
Kommunikation
They hired experts, but are not listening to them. Also a company-wide new policy was not communicated from the top.
Edit: the cherry on the cake is that the CEOs THINK that the new home office policy has gained positive feedback, when literally everyone thinks it's a NEGATIVE change
