The atmosphere of cooperation and super flat hierarchies. It's great to know that you can ask people for support, advice or additional information, and everyone has an open ear for you.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

Verbesserungsvorschläge
Ensure better communication between the departments / offices, including direct involvement of interested departments already in the planning phase. Increase home office days and consider 4 days week :)
Arbeitsatmosphäre
I have rarely seen such a great atmosphere at work. Literally everyone is helpful and kind, and even though as always there's people one likes more or a bit less on a personal level, professionally it's an absolute hit.
Kommunikation
Inside of the team excellent, regular meetings to keep everyone in the loop, but no time-wasting, ever-exhausting, bullcrap-producing session; based on how much we have to say, sometimes 5 min, sometimes 30. Regular contact with colleagues via teams. Aftereworks etc. exist but no pressure to attend if you don't like it.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
In general, really good, on higher levels some usual push and pulls that are sometimes visible during the calls. Overall it seems that the reason wins out and the job gets done, feedback is accepted and implemented, also when it comes in the bottom--> up direction.
Work-Life-Balance
No core time, so you can run your errands also during the day, after letting your manager know. 3 days of home office, so good but could be improved. Some overtime needed at the beginning, but nothing excessive, and expected to reduce as the experience increases.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Not only is my direct supervisor very supportive and takes the time to train and answer questions, but is also absolutely committed to making this happen. No problems with vacation or any other administrative questions.
Interessante Aufgaben
Absolutely, a lot of different tasks within your area of expertise, so you never get bored. New solutions and products are being developed which also gives a prospect on working on new tasks in the future.
Gleichberechtigung
Women in leading positions, no palpable differences and good, healthy working atmosphere.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
There are some older colleagues and it seems to me they're being treated as anyone else, if they have experience and knowledge they are appreciated and not pushed on the back burner.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Nothing spectacular, but a nice office. You get an adjustable height table and an ergonomic chair. Hardware is ok, and any extras are provided if you need them. Free fresh fruits every morning and free coffee.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
The company organizes different activities to support climate protection. Fruit from local bio supplier. Social initiatives are launched as well, either trough donation to institutions or trough involvement of the workers.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Fair pay, IMHO in line with the market. Benefits as expected (lunch money, MyClubs, work ticket).
Image
Outside of sports bets barely known. In the industry a good image. Coworkers are sometimes critical about the company, but then again, it's not seldom to hear someone has been there for 6, 10, 12 years, so I guess it's not that bad after all ;)
Karriere/Weiterbildung
Strong indication that further career development is possible and initiative welcome, both within the department and beyond.
